  Needed a quick lunch and this was in the right spot. I had the chicken teriyaki and my SO had the stir fry chicken. We got salad instead of rice. I liked the teriyaki as it wasn't as sweet as some but had good flavor. SO said the stir fry was fair. Service was quick and friendly. Prices are quite different than the old photos show so I'm updating those.

  I ordered their Eel nigiri and their short ribs, their cashier was friendly enough and was able to help me narrow my order quickly (I was a little indecisive). The eel was great, it looked very presentable  had more than enough wasabi if you wanted it and tasted great. On the other hand there is the short ribs is a struggglee to chew through, the flavor and taste makes up for a portion of it, but oh my god my teeth are aching, if the short ribs was cut into smaller pieces to help a little bit, I might have given them 4 stars, if It was easier to chew I would have definitely given them 5 stars, but the short ribs made up over 75% of the order and I would rather get something else. My teeth still ache as I write this review and I have not even eaten a third of my meal.
  
  I will of course try other items on their menu another time since, I go to the gym nearby regularly.

  Hadn't been in awhile so it was time for a visit. So now they changed the menu a bit. The standard price is now for lunch or you can upgrade for a dinner size. Before the lunch size was on a bigger plate with more food. It's not exactly skimpy now but I know I was getting more for a lower price before. The salad got alot smaller and that's the cheapest component. I would've loved a bit more lettuce salad!

  I love this place!! Never been disappointed. Food isn't greasy and the yakisoba is amazing.

  I don't know what happened! I ordered dinner for pick up and got the same thing I always order at teriyaki restaurants; spicy chicken and gyoza. The gyoza was great but the chicken was dry to the point of being inedible. This is the first time I've been here so I'm not sure if it was just a one off or this is just how the chicken is cooked. But I won't lie, it put me in mind of National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation and the turkey scene. I kept chewing and chewing but the stuff just would not break down. At one point I literally had a shard of chicken jut up into my gumline making it bleed.
  
  Keep in mind, I have ordered the same dish dozens of times in many different teriyaki restaurants and this is the first time I've ever been unhappy with it. I'm not a picky eater; especially with take out. But I do expect to be able to swallow my food. The restaurant is already closed but I may try to call them tomorrow and see if they will remake the dish with better results. If so, I will be happy to change my rating. Everybody's bound to make a bad meal once in a while and maybe I just got unlucky.
